lately...

- i have been working too much and i am getting sick of it. pretty much counting down the days until maternity leave (even though those days are months). it has been made harder by the fact that my friend at work that's pregnant is due super soon and will be going on leave next thursday. :( we had her baby shower last week. it was fabulous.

- i have been doing christmas shopping. mostly from etsy. however, i don't think i'm done yet. but i don't really know because i am terrible at keeping track.

- i discovered the best gap maternity store ever. because they have super cheap clearance stuff (like 4.97! woot!) and then they had an additional 25% off. that was good!

- i spend my days stalking mamabargains and babysteals.

- went down to see my nephew last weekend. it was good. he's too cute.

- been talking to/hunting down some photographers (mostly students. mostly amateurs) about newborn sessions. i gotta do it on the cheap. have some good contacts so far but if anyone knows anyone in the nj area who might be looking for a tiny dough and a chance to build their portfolio, send em my way!

- i still haven't found the creative urge. i sat down and made myself do a page a few weeks ago and this is the result.... but still no urge... it makes me sad.
